Spirit of the North

Spirit of the North is een singleplayer- 3rd-person avonturenspel , geïnspireerd op de adembenemende en mysterieuze landschappen van IJsland. Het verhaal vindt zijn oorsprong in verschillende stukken Scandinavische folklore. Het spel is uniek omdat het doelbewust geen dialoog of verhaal heeft. Spelers moeten hun omgeving inademen om verschillende puzzels op te lossen en te speculeren over de betekenis van een verloren oude beschaving. Speel als een gewone Red Fox wiens verhaal verweven raakt met de Guardian of the Northern Lights, een vrouwelijke geest Fox. Terwijl je over de bergen reist en onder roodgekleurde luchten, ontdek je meer over je metgezel en land dat in puin ligt.

The game is unique in that it purposefully has no dialog or narrative. Players must breathe in their surroundings to solve various puzzles and speculate the meaning of a lost ancient civilization. Play as an ordinary red fox who’s story becomes entwined with the guardian of the Northern Lights, a female spirit fox. As you journey over the mountains and under red stained skies you’ll discover more about your companion and a land left in ruin."
